Once approved, your refund will be processed through our Merchant of Record, Dodo Payments, and credited back to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.
Upon processing your refund, your Dodo Payments license key will be immediately deactivated. Because WickScribe verifies license status on launch, your desktop application will automatically remove the active credential from your OS Keychain and revert to a locked state.
Because WickScribe is a 100% local-first application, revoking a license does not delete your local SQLite database or trade screenshots—your historical data remains safely on your machine. However, upon receiving a refund, you agree to uninstall the WickScribe executable from your devices.
We cannot issue refunds for license purchases made more than 14 days prior to the refund request.
Additionally, WickScribe operates on a Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) model for optional market data and AI features. We are strictly unable to issue refunds or reimbursements for any third-party API usage fees billed directly to you by external providers, including Databento (for CME tick/candle data) or OpenAI, Google Gemini, and Anthropic Claude (for AI trade audits).
